Braking characteristics for speed aspects
As stated in the forum by Dirk Bräuer (1) there are two XML tree positions where the braking characteristics ("brakeType", "airBrakeApplicationPosition" and "minimumBrakePercentage") for a certain speed aspect may be defined, either at the 'speed profile' or at the 'speed change'.
There are good reasons for both variants, nevertheless railML should implement only one way.
