Sign codes (rule numbers)

As stated in the forum by Dirk Bräuer (1) a signal/panel/post typically is characterized by a country-specific "sign code" or "rule number".

  • e.g. "Ne5"/"So8" for stop post in Germany (2)

Q: Shall railML provide an attribute for these codes?

Q: If yes, how?

Attention: The generic 'code' attribute may not be used for this kind of information, it shall be used as a foreign identifier for a certain element, not for a general characteristic!
