Mark "station track" as deprecated (de: Bahnhofsgleis als "veraltet" markieren)

Description

The list of different track types needs to be reviewed and consolidated on the basis of a joint feedback of European railway infrastructure managers.

Background

In 2017 we had an intense discussion in railML's forum about correct naming and usage of track descriptions in railM 2.x. As a result of this discussion and feedback from a lot of European stakeholders and IM's it seems that the attributes secondaryTrack and stationTrack are used for the same meaning. A list of national usages can be found in the Wiki.

Proposed solution for railML 2.4

It is suggested to declare stationTrack as DEPRECATED from railML 2.4 (and not to introduce in railML 3) so that only the following attributes will be remain for usage:

  • mainTrack
  • secondaryTrack
  • connectingTrack
  • sidingTrack
  • ##other

The description in the wiki has to be sharpened and cleared too.
