Level crossing related signal types

Description

Current schema already allows description of level crossing related railway signals. This includes (c.p. Wiki):

  • signals telling the train driver to ring the loco's bell or blow the loco's whistle
  • signals announcing an upcoming level crossing
  • signals that mark the position where the level crossing activating train detector is situated

What is missing is a type for the final level crossing supervision signal that is located immediately before the level crossing.

Proposed solution in railML 2.4

Add another level crossing signal type "supervision".

Resulting example:

<signal id="sig01">
  <levelCrossing type="supervision" ref="lcr01" switchable="true" />
</signal>

Further, level crossing signal types shall be better documented in Wiki.
