Extension of Enum @pathStatus of <trainPartSequence>

The enumeration of attribute @pathStatus of element shall be extended by the value "offered". This new value is supposed to be used if the IM submits a counteroffer to an order that by the standards of the IM fully complies with the ordered train path.
