vehicle class - individual vehicle

For correct and consistant handling of inheritance the attribut 'belongsToParent' in vehicle shall be replaced by 'basedOnTemplate'. In next railML release 3.3:

  • introduction of basedOnTemplate
  • setting belongsToParent as deprecated In afternext railML release 3.4:
  • deletion of belongsToParent
