Add wiki pages for Dublin Core children of CO:metadata

Note: We need a discussion on the usage of Dublin Core before doing anything here.

The wiki page for CO:metadata is missing the children in the Dublin Core namespace (see 3.2 schema documentation pasted below). It will probably be easier to add these manually than to include them in the autogeneration.
