Add details for platformEdge that existed in IDMVU

In IDMVU we have had the distance from track to the platformEdge, both in height and lateral distance. We should add this to the platform edge as it is not only beneficial for IDX4rail but also for the RailDax project. It is necessary for calculating the passenger flow rates in a SCFT scenario.
