In a review of the Use Case description for ITMS it turned out that the requirement of being able to describe the possibility or restriction for the transport of dangerous good on tracks of the infrastructure was missed. The idea is the have this information in the infrastructure so that a TMS can reroute trains with respect to the thus encoded rules. Add new container element `<dangerousGoodsConditions>` to the `<functionalInfrastructure>`. Inside this container element implement a sequence of `<dangerousGoodsCondition>` elements. They shall inherit the position and designator children like other functional infrastructure elements. Currently, there are no specific attributes foreseen for this element.
