Re-type 'trainRef' element

Closed

Re-type 'trainRef' element

railML provides the generic type tElementRefInGroup for single elements with ref and sequence attributes. It has quite the same content constraints as the current implementation.

Please change the "hand-written" type of element TT/trainGroups/trainGroup/trainRef to the generic one.

Thanks.
