New 'type' attribute for 'service' element

As stated in the forum by Dirk Bräuer (1) there may be an additional new attribute type with a pre-defined, extensible enumeration list in the element.

Possible enumeration values would be "mobileCatering" or "WLAN", e.g.

<service name="WLAN" count="1" type="WLAN"/>
<service name="mobileCatering" count="1" type="mobileCatering"/>

This constrained attribute ensures more interoperability than the current free string attribute name.

In the next step the name attribute may be made optional.

This change would have influences in the Timetable and in the Rollingstock sub-schema.
