Name type in 'ocp'

As mentioned in the forum by Dirk Bräuer (1) an ocp may be defined with its 'name' and some 'additionalName's. The 'additionalName's have an additional attribute for showing the type of the 'name', like "trafficName, operationalName, localName". The 'name' in the 'ocp' element itself may not be characterized the same way.

Please add the 'type' attribute to 'ocp' with the type 'tOcpNameType'.
