'dayOffset' vs. 'departureDay'

As mentioned in the forum by Dirk Bräuer (1) the attribute 'dayOffset' in the 'operatingPeriod' element may be dropped with no negative consequences.

The 'departureDay' may be set to '1'/... at the first 'ocpTT' of a 'trainPart' instead.
