Deploy generic 'id's in the railML examples

We should offer railML examples that reflect the intention of the used elements and attributes.

We permanently "pray" not to read content dependencies from the 'id' attributes but in our examples we provide these content-specific 'id'-values.

I hacked a small XSL-transformation that replaces these 'id', 'ref' and '*Ref' attributes with generic values. If you welcome this change, please comment that and I will transform your examples.

Move the ticket forward to the next coordinator.
