Extension of radiusChange with transition curves (de: Erweiterung des radiusChange um Übergangsbögen)

For the exchange of alignments the radiusChange-element shall be extended with different types of transition curves (Clothoids, Bloss, Wiener Bogen, etc pp) and their properties.
