@operator = deprecated (de: @operator = überholt)

Description

With the introduction of operationalUnitBinding for , the old attribute @operator should be declared as deprecated.

Background

A new interface for version 2.3 should no longer use the deprecated attribute.

Changes in railML 2.3

A railML 2.3 interface shall use the organizationalUnitBinding introduced in version 2.2 for the trainPart instead of the @operator attribute.
