<additionalName>@xml:lang mandatory? (de: Sprachbezeichnung für zusätzliche Namen verpflichtend?)

The question has been raised: If an additional name is given (element ), it should always include the information about the used language (attribute @xml:lang).

Therefore:

  • declare the parameter as "should" with railML 2.3
  • set the parameter mandatory with the next major release railML 3
