Add patternTrain description

This ticket was raised by Norway as part of the standardization in Norway and shall be used commonly in the future.

is a high-level element in railML2.4nor.

A pattern train is a template for other trains. It is not itself a train that is supposed to run. The purpose of pattern trains in this specification is as a part of the description of a . The element reuses the subelement of the element in railML 2.4.
