Fix metadata
Change "http" to "https" for Dublin Core Metadata (including Terms). Currently referenced schemas are not available due to location starting with "http".
For the released versions (2.4, 2.5) a patch shall be published. This was discussed on the modelling telco 2026-02-23.
Will not be changed for 2.0-2.3, as these versions are no longer supported.
