Background

railML 3.3 utilises http://dublincore.org/schemas/xmls/qdc/2008/02/11/dcterms.xsd as of 2026-02-24 (before fix patch was published)

Solution

https://dublincore.org/schemas/xmls/qdc/2008/02/11/dcterms.xsd shall be utilised when developing railML 3.4 schema.
