corrected element specification tables for LTCP and POMA. removed metadata line that was generated due to a bug

updated after an issue was detected with the documentation of an enum introduced in the service release.

Missing properties in the UML model caused the version and elementFormDefault attributes to be missing in the exported generic3.xsd. Updated schema, xmi and html documentation.

updated uml and schema after restructuring the model in order to avoid circular references between packages. no syntactical change was introduced though

Merged rtm4railml3.xsd into common3.xsd to remove cyclic dependency between the two. Only performed on the xsd files, not in EA.

created another version of the release. this time with EA 16. This allows us to include a far better uml documentation that can be opened in an ordinary up to day browser.

added another missing piece: infrastructure model documentation. it was present in the published zip but missing in repository

added documentation again which was forgotten in the rush of recreating the 3.2-final after it turned out that the projects modelling was missing
