PlatformEdge misses derivation from FunctionalInfrastructureEntity

Description

A bug has been discovered in railML 3.2 Infrastructure:

  • PlatformEdge misses the derivation from FunctionalInfrastructureEntity
  • PlatformEdges wrongly derives from FuntionalInfrastructureEntity

Proposed solution railML 3.2

Bug need to be fixed:

  • PlatformEdge need to derive from FunctionalInfrastructureEntity
  • remove derivation of PlatformEdges from FunctionalInfrastructureEntity
