Decimal separator in different languages (de: Dezimaltrenner in verschiedenen Sprachen)

In present only the point (.) will be used as decimal separator in railVIVID. In Germany and other countries the comma (,) is used as decimal separator.

Depending of the choosen language the decimal separator shall be changed to the mainly used variant in:

• Screen view
• Export to CSV
• Export to XLS The variant shall be defined the language file in a separate section and unique for the whole language.
