Enginge to use map provider Google and OpenStreetMap broken

It is not possible to use any map provider, maps can only be displayed with no map provider. In consequence its rather hard to locate the georeferenced data of a railML file. Background is, that the API for the google map js interface has changed a lot, since the time of implementation. for example it is required to have an api key now, that is not part of the current implementation. after adding this, it shows that the map was extended in a way that does not seem compatible with todays implementation of the interface and thus needs to be redone.
