Referencing stop posts from an OCP
Description
In [https://trac.assembla.com/railML/ticket/167] the new element stopPost
has been introduced for railML 2.2. Until now it is not clear, how the ocp may be linked with the stopPost. A solution of grouping elements with a direct reference from the grouped object to the detailed ones is preferred.

Proposed solution in railML 2.4
There is already a linking from the to the via @ocpRef. Depending on the feedback from the forum discussion a further element and attribute for referencing a from is probably not needed.
Based on the forum feedback, there is no urgent need for changing the existing solution. So, at least for railML 2.x we stay with a one-way referencing from the to the .
Proposed solution in railML 3.x
It is suggested to always implement referencing from the aggregated element (OCP) to the more detailed one (stopPost). It need to be discussed if a bi-directional linking is needed at all.
