Updating list of OCP operational types (de: Aktualisierung der Auflistung OCP operational type)
Description
The values of the enumeration attribute @operationalType shall be reviewed and updated.
Background
There has been a forum discussion about adding another type of OCP: the "siding" shall be used if an OCP (outside of a station) allows for overtaking slower trains by faster ones.
Further, there have been discussions whether it is necessary to distinguish between "depot" and "station" and between "blockPost" and "blockSignal".

It is suggested to add the following new enumeration values for attribute @operationalType:
- siding

It is suggested to mark the following @operationalType enumeration values as being DEPRECATED:
- blockPost
Proposed solution in railML 3.x
The updated list implemented in attribute @operationalType shall be considered for railML 3.1 model of , too.
