Tunnel gates

Description

There are tunnel gates for protecting the tunnels from icing. Thus these gates are closed in normal position. They need to be operated from the interlocking depending on train traffic.

• new element "tunnelGate" derived from TrackAsset
• similar like LevelCrossingIL:
• refersTo with relation to undercrossing (tunnel) in IS
• activationConditions, deactivation
• typicalTimeToClose
• hasTvdSection
• hasTunnelGateTrack
• preferredPosition
