Support for the description of the possibilities of transporting dangerous goods in the infrastructure

In a review of the Use Case description for ITMS it turned out that the requirement of being able to describe the possibility or restriction for the transport of dangerous good on tracks of the infrastructure was missed. The idea is the have this information in the infrastructure so that a TMS can reroute trains with respect to the thus encoded rules. The description should make use of the UN/UT codes for exceptional consignment.
